  Bad service and customer service. Ghetto and ratchet is a understatement. If you dont like your job find something else. Everyone should be fired and start over with new employees. They NEVER have any boneless wings. I will drive the extra 10 min and go to the Hueytown location where Stephanie works. At least I know they will be happy to have my business.

  Great staff, good chicken. always hot....gotta have them bombers. Mac cheese. Corn on the cob..mmmm...corn. Would love to see corn nuggets on menu. Late at night tend to be "out" of some products. No complaints.

  First of all, I called to check and see if they had tenders that day (because they always say they don't) and was hung up on. I called a total of six times. So after I gave up, I drove over there and walked in. While I was waiting in line I saw that the phone was off the hook. I asked if their phone works and the cashier hesitantly said "no". While I was giving my order the cashier would walk off mid sentence and do something else. While I was waiting to say the rest of my order, half of the employees were on their phones, talking about relationships and whatever. I finally got to finish, but then I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and something was left out. Aweful service, but I had to put at least one star.
